A Professional Australia-Wide Independent survey of the Elanra registered medical devices
Self-report mailed surveys were sent to all recent purchasers of Elanra Therapeutic Air Ionisers throughout Australia, and 973 respondents completed and returned the survey. Men and women were almost equally represented. Almost half were aged between 50-70 years, 30% were under 50 and 23% were aged over 70. Respondents came from all over Australia, city, towns or regional centres and country and rural areas. More than one quarter had more than one medical device.

Almost 90% (87%) recorded positive comments regarding their overall benefits of using the medical device, and 93% of respondents indicated they either had or will in future recommend the medical device to others. Older people in particular were more likely to record positive comments about their use of the medical device.
Each and every one of those respondents who recorded that they had experienced an improvement in their health stated that they either had and/or will in the future continue to recommend the medical device to others.
